Okay Justin Pierce, check out the incrediable boating!
Hey Cortney! I'm still trying really hard to encougage Justin to want to visit. I know he enjoys water sports. Just think of all the possibilities! This lake is up Rifle Gap but I'm unsure of the name. It has been awhile since we were there.
Hey, that would look tempting to Don too! And I'm sure Nick is no stranger to water sports either! What are you trying to do here Mom...get us all out there to visit you guys? I'm gonna do the same thing by posting pics of our soon-to-be working hot tub! There's no shame in it! tee hee I remember, vaguely, a day of TRYING to water ski with Justin and Corntey...don't quite remember the details other than I was scared to death and could never quite get up on the skis! Perhaps Cortney can recall the details...
Okay, I had some more fun with your blog! Obviously...hope you like the new tunes! I was thinking about his music for some reason the other day and remembered listening to him with you while you would work in the basement. I love his voice and most of his music is kickin'! I put some of his songs on my music box too! Love you!
Hey Mom! I just added a game to my blog for you. I just figured since you were going to be visiting my blog to watch Gavin, you can play a game too while your at it too. (I just wish they had Dr. Mario) K-love you bye.
Oh yeah, duh. Well, I just added a new game...mostly for Justin. He is the Queen oops I mean King of Pac Man. So maybe we should all have a contest of high scores. :o) GAME ON!
Hey Mom! Happy Mother's Day! Hope you enjoy your "gift". I remember you telling me how you heard this song play at Albertson's while you were working and it made you think of me...this was while I was serving my mission. I now think of you every time I hear this song! All my love and appreciation, Darci
Wow, those pictures look beautiful! I love the falls. I know Nick would love to take some pictures of them himself. Looks like fun. It was fun seeing you guys this past weekend, I just wish we had more time. Thanks again for the yummy breakfast and helping me with McKell's cake. When we get our computer fixed I'll post some pictures so you can see how messy she got. Hope you had a great Mother's Day!
"Birdie birdie in the sky..." OR "Spring had here spring has come the bird is on the wing...". When I saw this background I couldn't help but think of those two poems! You taught both of them to me when I was little. And they still make me smile! Blog you soon! Love you Mom!
"Spring is here..." or something or other! I should proofread before I post my comments huh?! Hope you enjoy young Michael Jackson singing this song! Tweet tweet tweet!
"To be a righteous woman is a glorious thing in any age. To be a righteous woman during the winding up scenes on the earth, before the second coming of our Savior, is an especially noble calling. The righteous woman's strength and influence today can be tenfold what it might be in more tranquil times. You have been placed here to help enrich, to protect, and to guard the home which is society's basic and most noble institution."
-Spencer W. Kimball
I Am A Daughter Of God
We are daughters of our Heavenly Father, who loves us and we love Him. We will "stand as witnesses of God, at all times, and in all things, and in all places" as we strive to live the Young Women Values, which are: FAITH, DIVINE NATURE, INDIVIDUAL WORTH, KNOWLEDGE, CHOICE & ACCOUNTABILITY, GOOD WORKS, INTEGRITY, and VIRTUE. We believe as we come to accept and act upon these values, we will be prepared to strengthen home and family, make and keep sacred covenants, receive the ordinances of the temple, and enjoy the blessings of exaltation.
My name is Pamela and I've been married for the last seven years to Randy. Randy and I work in the oilfields of Colorado. Randy drives a haul truck, that moves heavy, large iron oil rig pieces all over the western slope and I pilot the trucks wherever they go. We've had many extraordinary life experiences in this exceptional line of work, many indescribable. We've had two drivers we worked with and knew well get killed on the job with us and a few others get really hurt. It's difficult work with long hours so everyone gets to know each other well. We are very much like a family.
I have four amazing children. One son and three daughters...each person very unique and adding their own distinct style and flavor that makes being their mother the most phenomenal reason for living! I did an outstanding job raising these extradinary people for they constantly amaze me with their knowledge and talents. I am immensely blessed because of them and the remarkable grandchildren they have given me.
Whew! Yeah! KEEP IT UP KIDS! We LOVE being grandparents!
We work in the oil field in colorful Colorado, but our hearts are in Utah, Arizona, and Washington!
