- My name is Pamela and I've been married for the last seven years to Randy. Randy and I work in the oilfields of Colorado. Randy drives a haul truck, that moves heavy, large iron oil rig pieces all over the western slope and I pilot the trucks wherever they go. We've had many extraordinary life experiences in this exceptional line of work, many indescribable. We've had two drivers we worked with and knew well get killed on the job with us and a few others get really hurt. It's difficult work with long hours so everyone gets to know each other well. We are very much like a family. I have four amazing children. One son and three daughters...each person very unique and adding their own distinct style and flavor that makes being their mother the most phenomenal reason for living! I did an outstanding job raising these extradinary people for they constantly amaze me with their knowledge and talents. I am immensely blessed because of them and the remarkable grandchildren they have given me. Whew! Yeah! KEEP IT UP KIDS! We LOVE being grandparents! We work in the oil field in colorful Colorado, but our hearts are in Utah, Arizona, and Washington!

Holy Crap! That really scares me. I literally feel queezie just looking at those pictures. I think I would pee my pants if I were there in person. I know you have always told me that your work was dangerous, but somehow seeing these pictures, take it to a new level of understanding for me. (no pun intended) Just BE CAREFUL! Those pictures are also breathtaking for more than one reason... it truly is a beautiful world that Heavenly Father created for us, isn't it? BTW, I love the background and music. I know I am going to have that song stuck in my head now for days though:) Thanks Fauffie! Anyway, I'll talk to you soon. Love you!
Wow, those are some amazing pictures! And pretty scary like Cortney said! I can't believe some of the huge things you guys move on those small roads on the edge of mountains! Wow. They really are beautiful though. Please be careful! Oh, yeah and props to Darci for picking this song for ya! Brings back some great memories of watching Grease Lightening. We really have some classic family favorite movies don't we? The Priate Movie, The Last Unicorn, Labrnith, just to name a few....
First, so happy everyone seems to like your blog background & the song! It does get stuck in your head! But brings back some fun memories like GIZ said! And YIKES! and DITTO! to all of the above comments...my word! Are you people crazy or just a bunch of adrenaline junkies?! That has to be some sort of high knowing you guys do what most individuals would consider impossible. Takes sheer nerves if you ask me! Love that you take such awesome pics! P.S. Now that I know how to log onto your blog I may be playing with it, messing with the songs etc. Just a friendly warning!;o)
